The right stage rental package for your event depend on several factors, all of which determine how much stage you will need.
The first consideration is your venue's size and capacity. Some venues are limited in space and can only accomodate small stage risers. Others may be limited by their layout based on catering and seating requirements.
In some cases, it may be possible to make a relatively small stage look large, by making the stage very wide (left to right), but not very deep (from front to back). This works really well for DJ performances, Speech presentations, and demonstrations. The addidional width can also be used for displaying banners, graphics and LED screens.
