Order Process
Step 1: Request a quote by sending us your contact information and telling us about your planned event.
Step 2: We will respond to your request with an e-mail containing a link with an itemized proposal and a price estimate. We may also respond with an e-mail or phone call, if additionali information is required, or if a site visit is necessary.
Step 3: If the proposal meets the the requirements of your event, we will need you to approve it by selecting the approval button on the e-mailed link.
Step 4: Once we receive your approval, we will send you a second e-mail link containing an itemized invoice. In order to complete the booking, a 50% deposit or full payment is required. The deposit or the full payment can be paid online with a debit/credit card by selecting the Pay Now button in the invoice link. We also accept company checks and cash.
